Dr. Deepika Baranwal (Ph.D in Foods and Nutrition) working as Assistant Professor in Department of Home Science, Arya Mahila P.G. College affiliated to Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, U.P., India. She has been honoured with Gold Medal in Home Science from Dr. RML Avadh University, Faizabad, U.P. and UGC NET and RPSC-SET qualified. She possesses five years teaching experience in the area of Food Science and Nutrition. She has many National and International publications in reputed journals, books, conference proceedings and magazines. She has been attended many National and International conferences in India and also presented papers in the seminars. Dr. Ram Chandra M.Sc. (Ag), Ph. D Professor in the Department of Mycology and Plant Pathology, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He possesses vast research experience in the area of mushroom production technology, plant disease management and microbiology. He has 20 years teaching and research experience in the field of fungi, microbiology and plant pathology. He has published two books, three Practical manuals and more than one hundred research papers, review papers, book chapters and popular articles in National, International journals, books and magazines..
