Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Jha is a Project Junior Consultant at Department of School and Non-Formal Education, NUEPA, New Delhi; he has also served for Educational Survey Division, NCERT, New Delhi for an MHRD project “National Achievement Survey” under SSA. He has successfully carried out a minor project “A Comprehensive Study of Status and Academic Performance of Government and Govt. Aided Urdu medium Schools in Delhi Region” for NCPUL, Department of Higher Education, MHRD. He is author of two psychological tools published from reputed psychological laboratory. He is author of several research papers published in national and international reputed journals as well as presented several research papers in national and international seminars/ conferences. His areas of interest are higher education and psychological testing.

What is quality in higher education? Answer of this question is not as easy as it seems. A holistic view point is required to understand quality in higher education.
