Dr. Hemant Kumar Joshi is presently working as Assistant Professor in Nanhi Pari Seemant Engineering Institute, Pithoragarh (A constituent institute of UTU, Dehradun, Uttarakhand). He has teaching experience of more than five years. He has contributed seven research papers in national and international journals of repute. Dr. Narendra Singh Bhandari is currently Professor of Inorganic Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry, Kumaun University, S.S.J. Campus, Almora, Uttarakhand. He has a teaching and research experience of twenty nine years and over forty research papers of his have been published in journals of national and international repute. He has contributed 3 chapters in different books. Presently, he is working in the field of adsorptive removal of heavy metal ions from synthetic waste water by using bio-sorbents prepared from waste plant biomass available in Kumaun hills.
