Dr V M Thumar obtained his B. Sc. (Agriculture) & M. Sc. (Agricultural Economics) from Gujarat State Agriculture University, Gujarat. He completed his Ph.D. (Economics) degree from Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh, Gujarat. Dr. Thumar presently working as Associate Professor in ASPEE College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari. Besides this Dr. Thumar is also serving as Planning Officer in Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari. He has 34 years of experience in the area of Agricultural Economics, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Export, Agriculture Marketing, Computer Science and Information Technology and presented many paper in seminars/conferences. He has participated in several workshops and training programmes. He has supervised several MBA and M. Sc. Students in Agricultural Economics.

About The Book

Human Resource Management is the process of proper and maximise utilisation of available limited skilled workforce. The core purpose of the HRM is to make efficient use of existing human resources in the organisation.
