Dr. Rabindra K. Mahapatra, M.A., MLIS, Dip. in Management, Dip. in Russian, Ph.D., is Chief Librarian, Central Library, Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology. He has 33 years of professional experience in three reputed libraries. He has published 8 books, 80 papers in journals, conference and seminar proceedings and book chapters. He has been working as Academic Counselor in IGNOU for the last 24 years. He has organized a number of workshops, seminars and conferences in LIS. He has recently assumed the charge of Editor, Indian Journal of Information, Library and Society. He is life member of ILA, IASLIC, SIS, MLAI, AALDI and OLA. Dr. K. Veeranjaneyulu, M.Com, MLIS, BGL, PGDLAN, Ph.D., is University Librarian, Prof. Jayashankar Telengana Agricultural University, Hyderabad. He has published 16 books and contributed about 110 articles in journals, conferences, and seminars proceedings. He is the life member of ILA, IATLIS, AALDI, FIC, APLA, ALSD. He is presently Treasurer, AALDI and Chief Editor, Indian Journal of Agricultural Librarians and Information Services. Dr. U. S. Jadhav, MLIS, M.Phil. & Ph.D. degree from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. He started his career as a Library Assistant in University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad (UASD), and as on today he has completed 21 years of services in different capacity in UASD and Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, Bidar. To his credit he has published many research papers, conference papers, articles in book chapters and authored/edited many books. He is recipients of national level awards and medals. He conducted many national levels workshops and user awareness programmes in the university. Presently, he is working as a Dy. Librarian in KVAFSU Bidar.

About The Book

The book is a festschrift volume in honour of Dr. Stanley Madan Kumar as a tribute for a dedicated and accomplished professional in Library and Information Science specialized in agricultural librarianship.
