Author Profile

Prof. B. Srinivasulu obtained M.Sc. (Ag.) Plant Pathology and Ph.D (Plant Pathology) from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. Recipient of IDRC, Canada fellowship for the doctoral programme. He has been actively associated in research and development of plant pathology since 31 years in his capacity as Research Associate at ICRISAT, as Scientist, Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist at ANGRAU and as Principal Scientist at Dr.YSRHU. Dr. B. Srinivasulu is currently, Registrar, Dr.Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, Andhra Pradesh. He has written 6 books, chapters in 6 books, 30 bulletins and published 123 research and 105 popular articles. Prof. M. Rajamannar obtained M.Sc. (Ag.) from GBPUAT, Pantnagar and Ph.D. from IARI. He was awarded Gold Medal for Ph.D. programme at IARI, New Delhi. He joined APAU (presently ANGRAU) in 1976 as Research Assistant and Retired as Principal Scientist (Plant Pathology) at A.P. Rice Research Institute, Maruteru in 2007. He has published 35 research articles in national and international journals and chapters in books and jointly authored technical bulletins published by CPCRI, AICRP on palms and ANGRAU. He also served as Professor at Agricultural College, Naira and taught plant pathology. Mrs. T. Nagalakshmi obtained M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Pathology from Agricultural College, Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Bapatla. She worked as Scientist (Plant Pathology) at ICRISAT. She is currently working as Scientist (Plant Pathology), Horticultural Research Station, Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University at Anantharajupeta, Andhra Pradesh. She has written 10 bulletins and published 15 articles.
