Earlier he has been Director of Centre for Banking Investment & Taxation in Gujarat National Law University & Assistant Professor of Securities Law. He acquired post Graduate degree in Law & Finance from National Law University, Jodhpur & acquired Diploma in International Economic Law, from University of Barcelona, Spain. He is also Consultant to various firms like cyberra legal services, Ahmedabad, IIFS Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad & EEIG-Global Commercial Licence, Europe. He has practical experience of working in prestigious institutes like IIM, Ahmedabad & companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai.
