Dr. Sanjai K Dwivedi, Scientist 'G' and Director DOP, DRDO, New Delhi is an alumnus of NDUAT Ayodhya (UP) and GBPUAT Pantnagar, (Uttarakhand). He has served at DIHAR, Leh (Ladakh), CEPTAM, Delhi, DIBER, Haldwani (Uttarakhand), and at DRL, Tezpur (Assam). He has made substantial contributions in remote border, cold arid and higher Himalayan regions, in the field of protected cultivation, and plant genetic resource management in indigenous and lesser known crops like sea buckthorn, cratagus, apricot, etc., for the benefit of armed forces, besides development of various products and technologies. Dr Dwivedi has over nine patents, over 91 research publications, 16 monographs and three books to his credit. He is a member of six professional societies, Editor-in-Chief of Progressive Horticulture Journal and Fellow of three professional societies.
Dr. Ranjan K Srivastava, is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Horticulture, GBPUAT, Pantnagar. In his career spanning 25 years, he has worked on different aspects of Horticulture (Floriculture) including plant tissue culture and improvement, production technology and post-harvest technology. He has to his credit over 105 research papers, 7 books and 21 chapters.
Dr. S S Singh, is Presently working as Professor (Entomology) in GBPUAT, KVK, Almora. He is an alumnus of NDUAT Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh). He started his career as Scientist (Entomology) in Department of Horticulture, Uttarakhand, before joining as Associate Professor at GBPUAT, KVK Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Dr Singh has over 62 research papers, 32 Scientific Articles, 6 Book Chapters, 12 Technical Bulletins and 3 Books to his credit.
