Author Profile

Prof. M.T. Banday is currently Dean, FVSc & AH, Shuham, SKUAST-Kahmir. He is recipient of Fellow National from Animal Production Management Society of India. He has published about 250 research papers/abstracts/popular scientific articles, 3 books, 2 book chapters, 5 technical bulletins, one monograph, four practical manuals and edited learning material on Poultry Production for National Institute of open School, New Delhi. He is in the editorial board of two Poultry magazines. Dr. A. A. Khan is a professor and at present working as OSD to Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and Associate Director, Animal Science, SKUAST-K. He is currently acting as a Principal Investigator of number of externally funded projects. His area of interest is Poultry Breeding. He has a vast experience in teaching, research and extension activities. Dr. Sheikh Adil is presently working as an Assistant Professor, Senior Scale in the Department of Livestock Production and Management, F.V.Sc. & A.H., SKUAST-Kashmir. His area of interest is poultry nutrition. He is recipient of various awards. He has guided a number of students as Advisor and member. He has published a number of research and technical papers, books, book chapters, manuals, monographs, pamphlets etc to his credit. Dr. I.U. Sheikh is currently acting as Professor and Head, Department of Livestock Production and Management, F.V.Sc. & A.H., SKUAST-Kashmir. He has published a number of research and technical papers in various national and international journals. Besides he has guided a number of students. His area of interest is poultry management.

About The Book

This book is a compilation of invited papers to be presented in IPSACON 2023 and includes chapters on current knowledge and research happening in the poultry science. This book has detailed information about the modern advances and future course expected in the field of poultry science. An attempt has been made to assemble most of the latest advances in order to enlighten the targeted readers.
