F. H. A. Marshall, CBE, Sc.D., LLD, FRS was a British Physiologist. He was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. He was awarded CBE and the Royal Medal by the Royal Society. The university of Edinburgh also gave him an honorary Doctor of Laws degree (LLD). E. T. Halnan, M.A., served at school of Agriculture, University of Cambridge.
