Dr. Priyanka Neogi is presently working as Librarian of Uttarayan College of Education, Jatrapur, Coochbehar, West Bengal, India since July 2016. She has received M.A. in Political Science from the University of Burdwan, Bardhawan, West Bengal and BLIsc from IGNOU, New Delhi. She has also passed B.Ed from Kurukshetra University, M.Ed from Maharshi Dayanand University, B. Lis from IGNOU, M. Lisc from NSOU. She has about 6 years professional experience in the field of librarianship. She has published a good number of papers in National and International journals, conference proceedings and edited book. She have motivational speaker, international poet, story writer, Literacy organizer, dancer, reciter, social worker, she is Secretary general of WCC India.
Upasana Yadav, Librarian, Library Resource Center, Bharati Vidyapeeth's University , New Delhi is a dynamic and highly proficient library professional. She holds dual master's degree in Library Science from Kurukshetra University & MBA (Marketing) from MD University. She has more than 15 years' invaluable experience in the field of Library profession at various esteemed organizations. She has rich hands –on experience in issues of library profession. She has contributed research paper in journals of national and international repute and pursuing her passion on research. She has edited one book and written more than 20 research papers in her credit. She has been conferred from Mahatma Gandhi's Peace Foundation for “Best Library Skills and Performance” on National Conference on Relevance of Mahatma Gandhi Vision in Knowledge Management and Digital Libraries. She is a member of Indian Library Association, Library Professional Association, (Haryana) Library Association SDPA- New Delhi, and Library Association and has acted as Rapporteur General of the consultation in diverse National and International Conferences. She has prepared diverse countrywide Conferences and workshops etc. Recently she has published a peer reviewed book on the title of, “Re-envisioning Roles and Responsibilities of Library Professionals In New Normal” and “Changes in Core Competencies During the Pandemic.”
