His other interests are photography, drawing (exhibited in the State Art Gallery, published widely), Cartography, exploration etc. <BR> Hi is Member of several IUCN/SSC Specialist Groups including Asian Elephant, Asian Rhino, Cat, Small Carnivores [Mustelid, Viverrid & Procyonid] and IUCN/SSC/BLI Pheasant and Threatened Waterfowl Specialist Groups. Also the founder Chief Executive of The Rhino Foundation for nature in NE India, a leading NGO of the country (member of the Indian Wildlife Board).
