He has also worked as Agriculture expert level-1 in Kisan Call Centre, Jabalpur, Field Executive in BASIX Micro-finance, Dewas and Block Coordinator in ATMA Project. He has received M.Sc. (Ag.) in the field of Extension Education from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur (M.P.) and Ph.D from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday Vishwavidyalaya, Chitrakoot (M.P.). He has qualified National Eligibility Test (ASRB, ICAR) examination. He has authored a book and many research papers in journals of repute. He has vast experience of teaching, research and extension activities.
