He served Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar for several years in various capacities including Professor and Head, Department of Vegetables Crops and Director, Indian Institute of Vegetable Research for over 10 years. Dr. Kalloo, an Eminent Scientist has development of developed over 50 varieties of vegetable crops, which are widely being grown throughout the country. <BR> Dr SK Jain, Senior Scientist (Seed Technology at IARI New Delhi has research experience of over 26 years in the field of Seed Science physiological, biochemical and ex situ conservation of germplasm through seeds, He has obtained Post-Graduate Certificate in Seed Technology from RBG, Kew Genebank UK and Ph D from University of Delhi. <BR> Dr Alice K Vari, Principal Scientist at IARI, New Delhi started her career as a cytogenetist and has done pioneering work in developing trisomics series in pearl millet and monosomics in Indian wheat variety Kalyansona. She is involved in teaching cytogenetics and basic seed technology for the last 35 years. <BR> Dr. Umesh Srivastava, Principal Scientist in the ICAR (formerly at the NBPGR), New Delhi has multi-facete research experience of over 32 years and made significant contribution in the field of vegetable research and plant genetic resources.
