Dr. Bhanu Partap is presently working as Assistant Librarian in Nehru Library, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar (HR), India since July 2013. Before joining the current position, he has served many institutions situated in Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh between September 2005 to July 2013. He has received MLISc. (2005) and M.A. (Mass Comm.) (2008) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and received M.Phil. (LIS) in 2008 from Alagappa University, Karaikudi (Tamilnadu), India. He has qualified the exam of UGC-NET in June 2010 and also received the degree of Ph.D. in Library & Information Science (2018) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He has about 15 years of professional experience in the field of librarianship. He has published more than 70 articles in the National and International Journals, conference proceedings and edited books and has also written/edited six books. Priyanka Neogi is presently working as Librarian in Uttarayan College of Education, Jatrapur, Cooch Behar, West Bengal, India since July 2017. She has received M.A. in Political Science (2012) from the University of Burdwan, Bardhawan, West Bengal and BLISc (2014) from IGNOU, New Delhi. She has also passed B.Ed. (2014) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, M.Ed. (2018) from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, and MLISc. from Netaji Subhash Open University, Kolkata, West Bengal (enrolled). She has about four years of professional experience in the field of librarianship. She has published a good number of papers in National and International journals, conference proceedings and edited books.
