Prof R. Ganesan M. Sc. (Ag.), Ph. D has a brilliant career spanning over 24 years and worked at several places in various capacities making a unique blend of teaching and research, agriculture management, administration rural development and human resource development. Presently, he is Professor in the Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology. TNAU, Coimbatore. <BR> Prof I. Mohamed Iqbal achieved distinction in Training and Technology Transfer Course at the IRRI, Philippines in 1992. He has specialization on Management of Extension Systems/Services in Australia. <BR> Prof Iqbal has 22 years experience in teaching and research as also extension activities in <BR> TNAU, Coimbatore. More than 100 research articles by him have been published in Journals of repute <BR> N. Anandaraja is doing doctorate research in Agricultural Extension from TNAU, Coimbatore. He has developed a new communication tool for his research namely Farmer Friendly Interactive Multimedia Compact Disc for transfer of Farm Technology to rural masses.
