V.S. Harikumar is Reader at the Department of Post Graduate Studies & Research in Botany, Sanatana Dharma College (University of Kerala), Alleppey, Kerala, India. He received his Ph.D. in 1998 from the University of Kerala for the research work carried out at Central Tuber Crops Research Institute (ICAR), Trivandrum, Kerala in the field of Agricultural Microbiology. His major areas of interest is Microbial Biotechnology.
