Dr. V.B. Sakhare is Director, Post Graduate Studies, Yogeshwari Mahavidyalaya, Ambajogai. He has 15 years' experience as an outstanding teacher and researcher. He is recipient of fellowship of Indian Association of Aquatic Biologists, Hyderabad. <BR> Dr. Sakhare has been editing an international journal 'Ecology and Fisheries' <BR> (ISSN 0974-6323). Dr. Sakhare has authored/edited few books such as 'Applied Fisheries', 'Reservoir Fisheries and Limnology', 'Reservoir Fisheries and Ecology: A Literary survey', 'Methodology for Water Analysis', 'Aquatic Ecology', 'Aquatic Biology and Aquaculture', 'Inland Fisheries', ' Applied Ecology', 'Perspectives in Ecology', and 'Advances in Aquatic Ecology (Vols. 1–7). <BR> Dr. B. Vasanthkumar is working as Head and Associate Professor in the Department of Zoology, Government Degree Arts and Science College, Karwar. He has published more than 30 research papers and 30 popular articles in different aspects of ecology and environment. He has also published 11 text books for under graduate students of Karnataka University. Dr.Vasanthkumar is also co-author of a reference books like'Aquatic Ecosystem and its management' and 'Applied Ecology'.
