Dr. (Mrs) Gyanmudra started her career as a Psychologist (Scientist D) Defence Research Development Organisation in the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and worked for one and a half decade. Currently she is working as Head, Centre for Human Resource Development in National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad, Government of India. Her specialisation is in the area of Organisational Development, Behavioural and Gender Studies. She is conducting Research, Training and Need based Consultancy in the respective field.

This book examines the various facilitating and inhibiting factors in the growth of women entrepreneurship and also looks into the variety of interventions of both government and non-government agencies that have driven women into financial sustainability. It brings interesting social and psychological aspects of entrepreneurship, which help to understand the different aiding elements that are responsible for the development of women entrepreneurship. The case studies here show the variety of factors that are driving force in the growth of women entrepreneurship.
