Dr. Praveen Kumar Jaga obtained M.Sc. (Ag) in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry from JNKVV, Jabalpur in 1999 and Ph.D. in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra (U.P.) in 2003. He is presently rendering his services in the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, College of Agriculture Ganj Basoda, District, Vidisha (M.P.) a constituent college of JNKVV, Jabalpur as an Assistant Professor. He served as Senior Research Fellow and Senior Research Associate at RBS, College Bichpuri (Agra) and Indian Institute of Soil Science (IISS), Bhopal. He is recipient of Bharat Shiksha Ratan Award-2013 under by GSHE, New Delhi, Young Agriculture Scientist Award-2008 Annadata Channel Foundation Award-2007, Bhumi-Nirman Awards-2006 and “Certificate of Excellence” for farmers through Annadata Channel on ETV-MP/CG. He has 15 years experience in research, teaching and extension and has more than 244 publications and three books of national and international level. Dr. Bharat Singh graduated from R. B. S. College, Bichupri, Agra with first class. He obtained M. Sc. (Ag.) from Raja Balwant Singh College, Bichpuri, Agra with first class. He secured Ph.D in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry from B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra (UP). He has worked 10 years in M.P. Science and Technology, Bhopal as Scientific Officer. He has an experience for over 15 years in teaching research and extension. He guided seven research students majoring in Soil Microbiology and published about 45 scientific articles in national and international Journals.
